From the time the inspection visits are conducted to the actual handling of the groups, the same team will ensure the management of the file with day-to-day involvement and coordination.
We are supported in our tasks by our multilingual team, at the airport for Arrivals & Departures, during their stay in resorts, cruises, fun rallies, team buildings, guided excursions, dining out, theme evenings and outdoor activities amongst others. We also provide exclusive and tailor-made programs to meet the specificity and needs of each group.
As specialists, we do offer the widest range of activities on the island, from helicopter and limousine transfers, to catamaran excursions, Feng Shui team building, treasure hunts, local cooking experience, quad biking, trekking, zip-lining...
We can handle groups of all sizes up to 1500 guests. We have experience of caring for various type of groups from different origins and various profiles, such as pharmaceutical, automobile, insurance, banks, building, information technology, medical congress and seminars amongst others.
