Our Team
The SummerTimes Group has a workforce of over 230 staff in direct employment. The vision of SummerTimes is to create a place “where the living is easy”! This is not only true for our guests but also for our team. To achieve this, we have ongoing training programmes to ensure staff development, the harmonisation of service standards and consistency at all levels of our operations.

In December 2002, we were certified ISO 9001:2000, rewarding the team's hard work and dedication to achieve this objective of quality. We successfully maintained our certification as from then. In December 2008, our Quality Management System was re-registered to the new ISO 9001:2008 standard after a thorough audit.

As part of the requirements of the ISO standard and to comply with actual legislation, the company appointed a part-time Health & Safety Officer in 2011. Besides abiding to the legal requirements, the main aim of the company is to create awareness about and develop the culture of Health & Safety at work. A risk assessment of our operations has been done and employees were trained to adopt safe practices and attitudes towards work.

All this is part of our never-ending commitment to always deliver quality services and a memorable holiday experience to our guests. Our team has also been recognised, over the years, for its performance and this through numerous Awards of Excellence from major global players.
 
Phillipe Hitié Philippe Hitié, CSK - Managing Director
SummerTimes is a dream come true for Philippe. It is the synthesis of his 30 years experience and in-depth knowledge of the local and regional tourism and destination management industry. He values trust, dedication and motivation, and as founder of SummerTimes in 2000, has set these as pillars of the company’s culture. He is grateful to his dedicated team, his wife and 3 children, with whom he shares his vision of the organisation. Despite his commitments, Philippe finds time for cycling, fishing / boating and his share of social contribution.
   
Dominique Hitié Dominique Hitié - Director
Dominique is a founder member of SummerTimes. With her tremendous experience handling people for over 20 years in the travel and tourism industry, she has gained a profound insight into human nature. She advises on human resource strategic issues, development and training. She is confident in the future of the company and is a strong believer in team development. Besides her work and her home responsibilities, Dominique still finds energy to give to others in the social field.
   
Reyhannah Khadaroo Reyhannah Khadaroo - Marketing & Operations Director
With over 20 years experience in destination management services, Reyhannah, founder member of SummerTimes, has brought in a wealth of competences and knowledge to set up a sound and professional organisational system. She believes that the future of SummerTimes is in the hands of the team and spends much energy and time to nurture and transfer her values and knowledge to them. To balance work with play, she bakes mouth-watering cakes for all her friends, and delights the eyes and the heart with her flower arrangements.
   
Patrice Brasse Patrice Brasse - Marketing Manager
With a track record of over 15 years in tourism, Patrice joined the Marketing department of SummerTimes in 2001 and worked his way up to Marketing Manager. His effectiveness comes from his commitment, self-discipline and great respect for others. Patrice, like his team, wants his customers to trust that SummerTimes will go to great lengths to ensure total customer satisfaction.
   
Gilbert Duverge Gilbert Duvergé - Marketing Manager
Gilbert, with an extensive knowledge of tourism, joined the Marketing department of SummerTimes in 2007. His strong willingness to learn, coupled with an excellent track record paved his way to the position of Marketing Manager. He is quick-witted and dedicated and he strongly believes in getting a job well done to ensure customers' satisfaction. Gilbert's aim is to build long-term relationships with SummerTimes clients and stakeholders, giving them a personalized service based on trust and determination to fulfil our promise.

Tourism has no secret for Juliette who joined the SummerTimes team in 2010 bringing with her a wealth of experience of over 23 years in the inbound business. Her extensive knowledge of the business and of the requirements of our guests, together with her work conscientiousness and excellent rapport with our partners were definite assets in the strengthening of our marketing operations.
   
Dominique Carpooran Dominique Carpooran - ICT & Reservations Manager
Since joining SummerTimes in 2001, Dominique has been responsible for the setting up and upkeep of the company's ICT services. His past 15 years experience in the tourism industry, and experience as an IT consultant in the financial field, is an invaluable contribution to us. With his willingness to learn and determination to facilitate work processes, he later got the added responsibility of the reservations department. Dominique's aim is to make the best combination of the ICT systems and Reservation work processes to deliver the finest to our guests.
   
Kevin Arnachellum Kevin Arnachellum - Manager Planning Services
Kevin has put his 15 years experience in tourism to contribution in the setting up of the SummerTimes planning department in 2000. Since then, he has been the interface, harmonising the management of drivers and the company’s fleet. Kevin’s team strives to ensure total customer loyalty to SummerTimes by giving an impeccable 24 hour service built on a sense of organisation and attention to minute details.
   
Jaimie Nirsimloo Jaimie Nirsimloo - Manager Airport Services
The airport has been Jaimie’s domain since she joined SummerTimes in 2000. She has over 10 years experience in the tourism industry. She has a multilingual team at the airport to ensure that services upon arrival and departure are conducted in the most professional manner. She is constantly working with all players at the airport to provide the best service to our customers.
   
Ariane Liong Fah Ariane Liong Fah - Manager Administrative Services
Among the first to join SummerTimes, Ariane has over 15 years experience in administration and in tourism destination management. She does the day-to-day planning and management of the company's human resources. She also manages the quality standards within the organisation. Through discipline, better effectiveness, and by looking after the well-being of the team, she ensures that the all team members deliver a caring service to our customers.
   
Reyhannah Khadaroo Maita Louise - Sales Executive
Maita started her career at SummerTimes as a tourist guide and thus gained valuable experience in the handling of our guests and in promoting our products and services. With all this field knowledge, Maita joined the Sales department which she now leads. She ensures that the team of tourist guides and hotel representatives delivers quality service to our guests and makes them feel at home and relaxed.
